You mean that if I eat this Sour Dough bread pizza dinner I will lose weight? No kidding it's the size of a piece of toast. The directions say "bake till crust is golden brown" it's golden brown when it went in. Anyway I didn't get heavy (aka fat) overnight and I wont get lighter overnight either so I am still pugging along after two whole weeks, it definatly gets easier as you go along so stay with everybody.
Well I forgot my snack and dinner yesterday so I was at the track at 10:00pm thinking I would make the three hour drive home and then eat. Forget it I wouldn't make it past the great eateries olong the New Jersey Turnpike.I decided to hit the track food court trouble okay okay grilled chicken,nope to late sold out,soup same answer whats left old pizza. Well I plunked down my 2.75 and ate with total guilt a cheese only pizza slice. Well I walked back to the barn and loaded up headed home slept five hours and now I begrudgently step onto the scale and tah dah 2lbs off 238 back in the 30's again. So I can eat at the track just behave....
Went to Cosi for dinner last night had the Turkey sandwich with the chips  saved all day to eat there that night. Not sure of the scale 241 on the first try 239 on the second twice, I'll go with the 240 down the middle.Think I'll buy that excrise bike they are on sale.It will either collect dust or wear my butt out probaly collect dust.
Well after three days on the road and eating salads from Wendy's with grilled chicken I came home to a two pound lose not to shabby.
