Things are going good so far - minus the fact that I haven't be going to the bathroom regularly...what gives?!?!?!

Make sure you are getting enough fiber and you might also try avoiding cheese as a powerfuel? Also as noted with a dietary change you will see abit of a difference in bodily function - but you can always talk with a counsler as well who may have some pointers.

If your system is used to alot of fats, and now you are not getting it, it will take a while to adjust. Maybe when you eat fruit, make it apples, or raisens, something with high fiber. Good luck.
